The ESCAPE homes can be clad in painted Scyon ‘Axon ‘ (standard ) or Abodo ‘Vulcan’ timber (additional cost)

  • Scyon 'Linea' cladding

    STANDARD

    The Scyon ‘Linea’ range of fibre cement cladding satisfies strict sustainability criteria and has a detailed EPD* demonstrating life cycle and sustainability. Reminiscent of country cottages in the area, the Linea cladding is painted and has a warranty of 25 years. It is also fire rated up to a BAL 40 making it suitable for most Lots in the South West region.

  • Abodo 'Vulcan' cladding

    PREMIUM

    We use FSC* thermally modified timber cladding from Abodo to comply with strict sustainability criteria . Low maintenance, termite resistant and with a warranty of 25 years, Vulcan timber cladding is one of the most sustainable building materials available and sequesters carbon for the lifetime of the building.
