That is why we have gone to extreme lengths to source and curate the most sustainable products, materials and appliances that go into each Econest home. Of the literally thousands of choices available to the home owner, we have narrowed it down to only those that are sustainable, aesthetically appealing, long lasting and value for money. They are not necessarily chosen as the cheapest option as quality usually has a price attached. But quality lasts long after the price is forgotten.

Scyon ‘Linea’ and ‘Axon’ Cladding
The Scyon ‘Linea’ and ‘Axon’ range have been approved by the Witchcliffe Ecovillage as supported by a detailed EPD that demonstrates the life cycle and sustainability of the product and manufacturing process. Scyon cladding is painted and has a warranty of 25 years. It is also fire rated up to a BAL 40 making it suitable for any lot within the Ecovillage

We are pleased to have Reece onboard as our supplier of bathroom and kitchen fittings and fixtures to our Econests homes. As Australia’s largest plumbing and bathroom supplies business they have the ability to source the most sustainable products at a highly competitive price point which they can offer because of our aligned branding purpose.
Consentino ‘Dekton’ benchtops
Dekton by Consentino is the ultimate surface for kitchen benchtops: it is highly resistant to stains, scratches and heat, and available in a wide range of colours . Easy to maintain and clean with a 25-year warranty, these benchtops are silica free and not affected by the ban on engineered stone.
Big Ass ‘Haiku’ Fans
Arcologic has a long association with Big Ass fans having specified them in numerous bespoke custom builds. We choose them for the quality and aesthetics of their fans but above all due to their effectiveness in climate control in homes with no air-conditioning . Our relationship with them has resulted in us being able to offer these fans to our Econest home owners at a competitive price point.
